3. Do We Use Third-Party Advertising Trackers?
ONE CLAP does NOT embed Meta Pixel, TikTok tracking tags, cross-site programmatic advertising cookies, or data-broker spyware. Our platform is strictly an artistic talent discovery engine and film industry casting network.
Our server-enforced Content Security Policy (CSP) restricts network connections strictly to approved Firebase cloud backends, Google Fonts, and the privacy-enhanced YouTube embed player.
4. How to Manage and Control Cookies
You have complete sovereignty over your browser data. You can control, inspect, or delete cookies and site storage at any time through your web browser settings:
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies → See all site data and permissions.
- Apple Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data.
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data.
Note: Disabling strictly necessary storage (such as Firebase Authentication or IndexedDB) will prevent you from signing in, recording audition takes, or submitting challenge entries.
5. Compliance with India's DPDP Act, 2023
In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023:
- Notice is provided prior to collecting or storing any personal data or persistent identifiers.
- Consent is freely given, specific, informed, and capable of being withdrawn at any time.
- You may exercise your statutory right to erasure, data review, or grievance redressal by contacting our designated Grievance Officer.
