1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ONE CLAP platform (https://oneclaphub.live), participating in audition challenges, creating a creator profile, or submitting audio/video content, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or have valid consent from a legal guardian if between 13 and 17 years old) to submit audition takes or enter challenges.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and genuine information during registration (including your real name, creative discipline, and genuine contact details).
• Impersonation of any director, actor, producer, or other creator is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination and permanent blacklisting from ONE CLAP auditions.

3. Audition Submissions & Intellectual Property Rights

Your Ownership: You retain ownership of your original performance, acting dialogue, musical composition, or choreography submitted to ONE CLAP.

License to ONE CLAP: By submitting an audition take or challenge video to ONE CLAP, you grant ONE CLAP and its producers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to:

• Display, stream, broadcast, and host your audition video and performance on the ONE CLAP website (watch.html), social channels, and partner broadcasting networks.
• Permanently composite the official ONE CLAP brand clapperboard watermark onto video frames for copyright and authenticity verification.
• Exhibit your performance to casting directors, producers, and industry scouts evaluating talent for Telugu film and web production projects.

4. YouTube API Services & Terms Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your uploaded video complies with YouTube’s Community Guidelines and copyright standards. Uploads containing hate speech, nudity, or unauthorized copyrighted audio tracks may be removed by YouTube or ONE CLAP administration.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using ONE CLAP, you agree NOT to:

• Upload or transmit any content that is obscene, defamatory, unlawful, harassing, or sexually explicit.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or moral rights of third parties.
• Use bots, automated scrapers, or click-farms to artificially manipulate video view counts, claps, or likes.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with the platform's security mechanisms, Firestore rules, or watermark compositing engine.

6. Selection Process & No Employment Guarantee Disclaimer

ONE CLAP is an open talent showcase, creative portfolio directory, and artistic collaboration platform. While verified production houses, casting directors, and industry mentors scout through our platform:

• Submission of an audition, challenge entry, or crew application does NOT constitute an offer of employment, representation contract, casting guarantee, or callback promise.
• All judging, stage progression, challenge evaluations, and award decisions made by ONE CLAP editorial boards and jury panels are artistic determinations and are final and binding.
• ONE CLAP is an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000, connecting independent cinema creators with industry opportunities.

7. 100% Free Auditions & Anti-Fraud Policy

Any third party, casting agency, or individual soliciting money, deposits, or gift cards in the name of ONE CLAP is engaging in illegal fraud. Report any suspicious solicitations immediately to onecollab@oneclaphub.live or through our Contact Desk. 8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

ONE CLAP is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ONE CLAP and its organizers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall ONE CLAP, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, Privacy Policy, or platform operations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
